This site aims to be a re-creation of the original Allegiance DataNet on the Microsoft Zone website, circa 2000-2002. It contains all of the in-universe backstory and lore that was present on the original Zone.com and the later Zone.MSN.com domains.

Texts have been cleaned up for typos, grammatical issues, rendering He3 as He³, etc. The inconsistent orthography between BIOS and Bios has not been reconciled. DataNet Story Collections remain unaltered, other than conversion to PDFs.

The In-Depth Timeline is taken from the in-game help pages, files hlp7a1.mml through hlp7a6.mml.

Faction pages are from website. The in-game help content for factions (hlp7b1.mml through hlp7b4def) are mostly redundant, except some detail about Belters appended on this re-creation as "ADDITIONAL INTEL".

The short stories are taken from DataNet Story Collection 1.0.

DataNet Story Collection 5.0 created by assembling the final reports (151-172), as well as four errant reports absent from earlier collections. Posts can be found in Zone.com archive by filtering for "dnweek."
