Here is what we loosely consider the head of the City. Two large constructions, not clearly connected to the rest of the city. The purpose of these two blocks is not clear, and the aliens we have contact with seem unable to adequately explain them. Perhaps they, themselves, are unsure. Most assume that, like humans, they are centers of perception or thought, but there is no clear evidence of this.
